As a window cleaning and pressure washing technician, you are a crucial member of our team. You will hold the responsibility for the quality and efficiency performed on each home and commercial property. You will form a relationship with new customers by identifying opportunities to sell additional work. While representing American Exteriors, you will show respect and politeness to all customers and employees.

Responsibilities include:

- Accepting the duty of providing service in window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning

- Knowing the process of all three service categories and being comfortable with speaking with customers about them.

- Taking notice of inventory in material and recognizing when crew is in need of more material for each company vehicle.

- Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, cleaned, and in good condition.

- Being able to complete invoices and follow work orders as required.

- Accepting that cross-training may be needed as other duties present themselves.

Qualifications:

- No experience needed.

- Candidates must keep a professional appearance and be personable.

- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

- Willing and able to work up to 32' on a ladder.

- Able to stand extended periods and lift at least 35 pounds.
