A concrete wash and seal is a process we offer that begins by removing all dirt and grime from your concrete surface. When a customer wants their concrete sealed, we always ask the customer first what sealer is on their concrete currently. If the concrete is not currently sealed or they don't like the sealer they currently have, we then suggest to use our preference of a premium siloxane-silane mixture. This mixture penetrates the surface and helps protect the concrete from cracking and chipping.
